  • The warranty for the BiLumix Headlamp lasts for a period of 1 year, starting from the date of your original purchase.

    IMPORTANT to note that the 1.5x Loupe and battery are not covered under this warranty. This means that any issues related specifically to the 1.5x Loupe are not included in the standard warranty.

    Once the initial 1-year warranty period has expired, a repair service will become available. This service is designed to provide ongoing maintenance for your equipment.

    • Light Source Issues: This includes any problems related to the LED lights or the sockets that connect them. If there are issues with the illumination, these will be addressed through replacement or repair.
    • Front Body Repairs: This refers to services focused on the front part of the headlamp's body. If there are any damages or malfunctions in this area, they will be attended to through the repair service.
    • Rear Body Repairs: This covers services for the rear part of the headlamp's body. If there are issues with this section, the repair service will take care of them.
